We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However:

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time

  • We may limit quantities per customer or order

All products are subject to availability.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

An order is considered accepted only once:

  • Payment has been successfully processed (or confirmed for COD), and

  • You receive an order confirmation email.

We may cancel or modify an order if there are:

  • Pricing errors

  • Stock availability issues

  • Suspected fraud

  • Operational limitations

Products are intended for personal use only and may not be resold without our written consent.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.

Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees (if any), customs duties, or import charges unless clearly stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order, you represent that:

  1. You are authorized to use the payment method provided

  2. The information submitted is accurate

  3. You will pay all charges incurred, including shipping and applicable taxes

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping fees (if applicable) and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Circuit Green is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect address information

  • Weather conditions

  • Force majeure events

Risk of loss transfers to you once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 6 – DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a damage claim, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the outer shipping box

  • Photos of the inner packaging

Claims submitted without sufficient photo evidence may be declined.

Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on availability and circumstances.

Minor imperfections or slight color differences do not qualify as defects.

SECTION 7 – CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE.

If you select COD at checkout, an additional AED 10 fee applies.

By choosing COD, you agree that:

  • Payment must be made in full at delivery

  • Someone must be available to receive and pay for the order

  • Refusal to accept or pay may result in order cancellation and restriction of future COD eligibility

If a COD order is returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect address details, we reserve the right to charge delivery costs or deny future COD orders.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site — including logos, branding, images, graphics, product descriptions, designs, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Circuit Green and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Circuit Green is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly between you and Circuit Green.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions conducted through our store.

All personal information collected through our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy available on our website.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process personal information to operate and improve the Services.
