We offer:

Free UAE Delivery on orders over AED 59

Orders below AED 59 may include a shipping fee, which will be calculated and shown at checkout.
All shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE.

COD orders include an additional AED 10 fee

Payment must be made in full upon delivery
If a COD order is refused or not accepted at delivery, Circuit Green reserves the right to restrict future COD orders.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
If an order is delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect address information, Circuit Green is not responsible, and additional delivery fees may apply.
DAMAGED ITEMS DURING DELIVERY
We carefully package all items to reduce the risk of damage during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos of the internal packaging materials
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Once approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on stock availability and the situation.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately.
Circuit Green is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout.
RETURNS & SHIPPING FEES
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side (wrong item shipped or damaged item confirmed).
Returns are handled according to our Refund Policy.
