We follow UAE consumer rules on defective goods (repair/replace/refund) and provide a 14-day change-of-mind return plus a 1-year warranty as set out below.
1) 14-Day Returns (change of mind)
- Return unused items within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be in new condition, with original packaging, accessories and manuals.
- Exclusions (unless faulty): opened consumables, items missing parts/packaging, intentionally damaged goods, “final sale” items.
- Return shipping:
- Our error / damaged on arrival / defective: we cover/arrange return.
- Change of mind: you cover return to our UAE address (we’ll share it with your RMA).
- Start a return: email contact@circuitgreen.com with your order number, item(s) and reason. We’ll issue an RMA and instructions.
- Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. Banks/card issuers may take 5–10 business days to post funds.
2) DOA / transit damage
If an item arrives damaged or not working, email us within 48 hours with photos/video and packaging shots. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
3) 1-Year Limited Warranty (manufacturing defects)
- Covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase.
- Remedies (fastest lawful option): repair, replacement (same/equivalent), or refund if repair/replacement isn’t possible in a reasonable time.
- Target timeline: diagnosis/repair within 14 business days of receipt; if we can’t meet this we’ll offer replacement or refund.
Not covered: normal wear and tear; misuse, drops, liquid ingress; power surge/incorrect voltage; unauthorised modification/repair; cosmetic issues not affecting function; consumables beyond normal life.
How to claim: email contact@circuitgreen.com with order number, description and photos/video. We may request return for inspection.
4) Category notes
- Power & charging/cables: use with correct UK 3-pin BS1363 sockets and rated loads. Damage from overload/incorrect wiring is excluded.
- Fans & electronics: keep dry; rechargeable batteries covered for manufacturing defects (normal capacity fade is not).
- Cable clips & accessories: adhesive performance depends on surface prep; material defects are covered.
5) Proof of purchase
Provide your order number or receipt. For gifts, the original order details help us locate it.
6) Your rights
Nothing here limits your rights under UAE consumer law for defective/non-conforming goods (repair/replace, or refund if not remedied within the appropriate period).
